In this hands-on class, you’ll learn how to make Italian-method macarons from start to finish. Participants will work in pairs to prepare, pipe, and bake their macarons. If you register on your own, you’ll be paired with another participant, or you’re welcome to sign up alongside a friend or partner (each person must have a paid ticket).
Please note: macarons are made with almond flour (tree nuts) and egg whites. While we take care to minimize cross-contamination, our kitchen does process wheat and is not a gluten-free facility. This class is not recommended for anyone with tree nut or egg allergies, and those with gluten sensitivities should use their best judgment.
